HOW CAN I BUY FROM THE OSBORNE SHOP?

Buying from the Osborne Shop is very simple; we have designed a shop that is easy to use, in which you only have to search for the product you want to buy and add it to your Shopping Cart. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDERS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All orders are delivered within 24 hours to provincial capital cities and within 48 hours to all other national destinations. For international destinations, you can check delivery times here.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM THE OSBORNE SHOP?

Completely. The Osborne Shop has taken all the necessary security measures for you to make your purchases with total peace of mind. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED BY THE OSBORNE SHOP?

DO I HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO BUY AT THE OSBORNE SHOP?
No, it is not necessary. You can make all your purchases without registration. Nevertheless, for your convenience, we recommend that you register, as it will help you to buy, monitor your purchasing history and establish other preferences, such as delivery address, notices, etc.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?

Choose the products you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. When you have finished and confirmed your order, but before payment, you will see all the items in your cart and below it a box to enter your discount code; click on "Apply Code" to benefit from your discount on all the items in your Shopping Cart.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can track your order from the personal area of your account with the Osborne Shop, as well as by consulting your order history and status. If you have not registered as a User, you can contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE SENT IT? HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you have confirmed your order and made payment, it cannot be changed. If you forget to include an item, you can contact us and we will provide the best possible solution. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so from the personal area of your User Account. If the cancel option does not appear, it means that your order is the process of delivery. Prices do not include shipping costs. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but not other taxes, duties or surcharges.
