Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico loin, produced naturally without paprika, weighing approximately 700 to 850grs. Natural Loin ham is a product prepared from the thoracic set of spinal and semi-spinal muscles, as well as the long, lumbar and thoracic muscles of pure-bred Iberian pigs, practically free of external fat, fascia and tendons, seasoned with salt, garlic and spices, stuffed into permeable tripe that has undergone an adequate curing process - maturing. Only the best quality loin hams are used with pure Iberian Bellota 5J products. If the formula were the same with paprika, it would be tinned loin ham. The quality stands apart, due to its calibre and visible fat infiltration, which is used for the selection process. The formula without paprika is an innovation that is little known in the industry and the product highly sought after for its taste, which is less masked by other tastes dominated by the strong aroma and taste of paprika.
